Reservations:
Accepted 8am to 9pm EST.
A $30.00 non-refundable deposit is required when making a reservation. Please call 613-821-2973 to make your reservation.
Information required – first & last name, date of arrival & length of stay, size of RV, tent trailer or tent, services required( electric, water, sewer) a valid credit card number, V-Code (3 digit code on back of card) & expiry date ( visa or mastercard)
Cancellation:
If the campsite is cancelled for ANY reason the $30.00 deposit is not refunded but no other fees are applied.
We do not give refunds for early check-outs or discomforts of nature.
Seasonal Sites:
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
Campers wanting to remain on their present site are required to pay $300.00 + HST Fall deposit no later than Labour Day Weekend or be prepared to vacate their site by October 31.
Payments can be made by cash, visa, debit & mastercard accepted
RV Storage
Ottawa’s Poplar Grove Campground/RV Park has an outdoor area where we can store your RV, Trailer, Tent Trailer, Boat & Trailer, Utility Trailer etc.
Spring Trailer removal is completely dependent on the weather and how the ground dries up,
Storage Rates:
May 1st to Oct,31 – $ 10.00/per day $ 40.00/ per week $ 75.00/ per month $ 300.00/ per season + HST.
Nov 1st to April 30 – $ 300.00/ per season + HST- Unit is not removable during winter months.
Note: If storing of unit is on a site it is to be removed by May 1st if weather permits. If weather does not permit please make alternate arrangements with office.
- All fees are in Canadian Dollars and HST extra.

- All units in our storage area MUST have valid insurance.
